Dr. Montalvan is board-certified in Internal Medicine and completed his internship and residency training in Mt. Vernon Hospital, Mt. Vernon, New York.
He has a broad medical background having worked in Occupational Medicine, and Emergency Medicine in Newark, New Jersey and New York and served as consulting Toxicologist and a member in the Fellowship Program at Hackensack University Medical Center, Hackensack, New Jersey.
Dr. Montalvan had his own Internal Medicine practice for over fifteen years in Rochelle Park, New Jersey and admitted to renowned Hackensack University Medical Center.
Dr. Montalvan relocated to Boca Raton and admits to Boca Raton Regional Hospital and the Delray Medical Center. He is an associate clinical professor at Schmidt School of Medicine at FAU. He speaks fluent English and Spanish and is the father of twin daughters and one son.
